Admitted Student Days for UCs and CA schools

This year a large number of CA campuses are holding their admitted student events on the same day. Most of the dates have been posted in the individual campus forums. Below is a list in one place. If you find schools/dates that I missed, please let me know and I will add them.

Admitted student days are very busy. If you think you might attend, I would recommend booking hotel rooms now. Just make sure that your reservations are refundable.

April 6

April 11-13
SLO - Open House - Friday has the most content

April 13
Berkeley - Cal Day
UCLA - Bruin Day
UCSB - Open House
UCSD - Triton Day
UCR - Highlander Day
UCSC - Banana Slug Day
SDSU - Admitted Student Day
CSULB - Day at the Beach
CPP - Bronco Bound Open House
SJSU - Admitted Spartan Day
Chapman - Preview Day
Santa Clara - Preview Day

April 20
UCM - Bobcat Day
UCI - Celebrate UCI

For anyone doing last minute comparisons between SLO and one of those UCs (or other schools) with admitted student day on April 13:

The Friday of SLO’s open house has the most content. If you are a crazy person willing to drive a lot, you can do just Friday of SLO’s open house, and combine that with a UC on Saturday. It worked for us last year… :crazy_face:

Do the UCs do anything special if you accept admissions the day of admitted students day?

I know the UC Davis does something special for students accepting their admission on Admitted students day but I do not know about the other campuses. This year a photo booth pic and swag.
