My first kid went to his top choice school after being accepted. It was a day just for him. Scheduled everything he wanted to see and do.
Second choice school never got back to him about this
Second kid went to two admitted student days that thankfully were the same week. First on was a dud. Second was a win and had been her top choice anyway.
Her second choice…she was invited to the scholars weekend but couldn’t go. College saved all of her swag arranged a weekend for her the following week. Large flagship university that went the extra mile.
That second kid worked in undergrad admissions and designed and implemented an accepted student experience. She was also a huge part of the regular accepted student days. She said the college really tried to respond to specific students requests also
So go you can but if you have a conflict, reach out to the school for alternate plans
