@lovecpa Believe me, I have better things to do in my life than grade all day!
The only difference in “amount of work” I added was a weekly Discussion Board or peer review that was in place of class attendance. Very low stakes and should not take as much time as three hours of class did (we don’t meet synchronously in my classes, so that time is now not filled by class.)
Other than that, I have shortened and modified major assignments to account for the many, many issues students might be dealing with. Next semester if we start in online format (hopefully not!) that modification probably wouldn’t be true.
