I posted this question once, but I got no responses . . .
Anyways, is it a “plus point” if one finishes ALL math and science courses offered in a high school by junior year as opposed to finishing them ALL by senior year?

There aren’t any “points”. Just do what you want to do–I doubt it matters too much if you frontload everything or space it out as long as you use the rest of your time appropriately–for example, if you do finish your requirements early, don’t slack off. Go find something interesting in math/science to do.

That being said you tend to ask a lot of questions that we, as Caltech students, can only speculate wildly on. If you do well in school and you clearly have a passion for math and science, then you have a decent chance of being admitted here–but it’s still only a chance. Beyond that, we can’t really inform you accurately on the specifics.

Tell you what–take all the time you would spend worrying / strategizing / posting on CC and make something cool. Doesn’t have to be math or science, just do something you’ll be proud of. That’s a much better use of your time. Even if it doesn’t directly increase your chances to be admitted here, you’ll be a better person for it–and isn’t that what college is all about anyway?
