advantages if ur quaker?

This is a random question but are there any advantages if you are a quaker and apply to UPenn or have been involved w/ quaker organizations, etc?

automatic admission. but you have to be the mascot for the next four years.

^ couldn’t say it better. You’re so lucky, I wish i was a quaker.

Other than its contribution to making you the unique person you are, being a Quaker (a real one, not the Penn mascot) does not give you an advantage as a Penn applicant.

Believe it or not, the Quaker mascot notwithstanding, Penn has no affiliation with the Society of Friends–and never has!

Suburban Philly neighbors Swarthmore, Haverford, and Bryn Mawr, on the other hand, were all founded by the Quakers (although they are no longer formally affiliated with them).
