I am a Applied Mathematics Major, with a minor in Engineering Studies and Physics, at a small university. I have applied for a lot of jobs, which I thought I was well qualified for, but haven’t gotten any call-backs. I just finished my undergrad on Saturday, so I now have a Bachelor’s Degree. I finished Magna Cum Laude and have some memberships: pi mu epsilon, math club.
I am wondering why I am not getting any bites from jobs. I really want a mathematically based job at Lockheed Martin and would love some advice on how to get my application (my resume) to stand out, and after it is submitted, it there anything I can do to get noticed?
