Advice/Chance Me?

Hello, this is my first time using College Confidential so excuse me if I get the forum wrong. I am a sophomore in high school and I just want to know my chances in getting to a top liberal arts such as Wellesley or a bs/md program so far and what I can do to increase my chances. My classes so far include:

Freshman year:
Honors World History
Honors English 1
Honors Algebra 1
Biology
French 1

Sophomore:
Honors Environmental Science
Honors Geometry
Honors English II
French II
Honors US History 1
Engineering Design
Introduction to Psychology
Holocaust Eastern World

I know my classes are very average and I haven’t any major tests taken except for the PSATs last year as I got a 950, which isn’t the best either. My GPA is a 4.27 and I rank 12/360. Over the summer, I volunteered with Red Cross and read to preschoolers for a few weeks. I will start volunteering with veterans next month.

My extracurriculars:
Peer Assistance Leadership
Pals2Pals- a mentoring club involving the high schoolers and middle school kids.
Class Representative for 2 years at the Students Against Destructive Decisions club.
GSA, gay straight alliance
Elks Antlers- community volunteering club

This isn’t included but I am considering starting a Red Cross club at my school. My chances starting now seem to be low, so can anyone give me some advice? Or if I have a chance at schools like University of British Columbia Okanagon? Thank you so much for reading all of this, I appreciate any advice given!
