Advice needed on college list/B+ student

<p>My S is a B+ student with an ACT composite of 24. He is undecided on majors but leaning toward business or health sciences. He is hoping to play D3 soccer. </p>

<p>As far as location, we are looking at the northeast. Size of school is open but nothing too small. Financial aid is important. We are hoping some colleges may want him to increase diversity. We have the following schools on the list but need to narrow down. Any help would be appreciated.</p>

<p>I would take off the non SUNY publics. With a 24 ACT he’s not likely to qualify for merit aid or any non federal financial assistance.</p>

<p>What do you mean by this? Do you mean he is a racial or ethnic minority, and if so which one? That information may change the equation for him.</p>
