Advice on ACT or SAT

I took the SAT once and got a 2300 (800 M, 750 W, 750 CR). Should I be taking the ACT as well or is that score alone good enough for highly selective colleges (like UC Berkeley or Cornell)?

You’re done/

That score is very good for selective colleges. You don’t need an ACT score to back it up. It would probably be more detrimental than helpful because you would want a 35 ACT to complement your SAT score.

Nice job :slight_smile: I don’t think you need to take the ACT as others have previously said, but It’d be good experience i guess :O

@medicsz‌ lol suzy bae?
if not that’s really awkward derp pretend i never said that

@op lol yeah you really don’t need to take any more tests or anything x] you’re perf fine where you are atm. esp if you’re planning on majoring in STEM

@shinchang‌ Lol, who’s that haha… this is CC not random asian world

… JK LOL yes it’s her :heart::heart: hi fellow korean

Put your effort on SAT2 and other things you need for college application. However, if you do have time and you think you can do much better in either ACT or SAT retake, you may go for it. It is not going to help your admission but more for merit aids.
