Our son is curious about which majors to list for best chances at acceptance for McGill. He wants management, and so do others. He believes putting management first and arts second is a good strategy. Ideas? Thanks.

Is he locked into the major based on what he writes on his application? Or are they just trying to gauge what major he might declare, later?

good question; his goal is to get into McGill, and his first preference is management – a track that is usually the most popular for first years

Perhaps repost here?

I think he should put down whatever interests him the most and not try to manipulate admissions.
