You can’t get full aid with your current stats. Fingerstyle guitar art supplement sounds interesting, but that alone can’t cover other generic ECs and low SAT score. What’s your GPA?

You have to be perfect in everything to get in great schools with financial aid and/or merit scholarships…does U of Rochester guarantee full aid?

You might want to apply to Berea college; it offers int student financial aid as well. With your SAT it will be hard but who knows?

Since you need financial aid/scholarship, you really don’t have choices of size of school and such. Try to look in schoolos that give merit aid based on SAT.
For example, U of Alabama give partial to full OOS tuition scholarship based on GPA 3.5+ and SAT 1280(math+CR)~1400+.

Many of these schools are on rolling basis so do it ASAP./
