So would I qualify for at least 80% of the aid? Just found out that U of R is need aware towards international student, so that is crossed off my list. Yeah I guess, I can’t be picky now so will apply to colleges with automatic tuition aid based on SAT scores. Thanks a lot for the information and the rolling admissions you mention, does it mean I can apply by Jan 1 or it is over sooner?</p>
