Advice Please? Dropping Course After Admission

Hi wondering about UCLA’s stance on dropping courses?

Originally I intended to take biology but with the school cancelling one of the biology classes it doesn’t fit in my schedule any longer. As a result, I decided to take it in night school. However, night school is so much work crammed in the shortest time possible that we have no labs and there are tests every class. It is taking up nearly all of my time and continuing night school means that I won’t be able to attend DECA ICDC or a lot of other extracurricular competitions. I am considering dropping the course.

I already have 10 more credits than I need to graduate and was accepted for pre-econ.

Do you guys think that this may result in my admissions decision being rescinded?

Don’t just do it without asking them first.

The problem is I asked them and they said they cannot comment on hypotheticals  they said that I will have to make a decision and submit a form myself and wait for them to re-evaluate my app

If the problem is with not having time to participate in ECs that you mentioned, I recommend you to drop (or reduce) those participations instead of the course!

But what if the ECs (Business competitions, debate, etc.) are national/international competitions that have to do with what I want to do in the future (law)
whereas biology does not relate?
