<p>I am very interested to attend JFK School of Government. My goal is to attend a PhD program in Foreign Policy/International Law.</p>
<p>I am just transferring to Mount Holyoke College this Fall and I will graduate in 2010. I am an international student from SouthEastern Europe (although my parents and brother are citizens) and I am currently in the process to obtain a Green Card, but I do not know how long it is going to take. </p>
<p>What do you advice me to do during these two years in order to be accepted for PhD? What criterias do you think I need to fulfill? I applied this year at Harvard, but they did not accept any transfers, so I definitely want to do everything necessary to attend Harvard.</p>
