Advice to improve essay and RC scores?

<p>Hello everybody, I am new here and I need some help. So my RC was around 500 until last month when i read about how to break down the passages and such. Now my average is 550-590. But i hope to improve my english and this is basically what I need help with:
To get into the 600-700 range, What are some books I should read? Are there any methods of analyzing the boring passages that you prefer?</p>

<p>As for essay, how do i improve the amount i write? I never seem to finish my thoughts, ending up on my 3rd or 4th paragraph and getting 8s on my essay. </p>

<p>Search this forum for posts regarding this topic. There are some excellent threads that people have posted instructing others on improving their scores in each section.</p>

<p>Regarding your essay, are you on your 4th body paragraph or conclusion when you run out of time? If it’s a body paragraph, then you’ve tried to write too much in this limited amount of time. You should keep it to 3 body paragraphs maximum. If it’s your conclusion, then you just need to learn to write faster.</p>
