Advice?

Hey so I’m new to this but I really wanted some advice and feedback on whether or not I have a chance of getting into UCLA. I need a reality check. It just dawned on me that next year is senior year and this is it! Agh!

Here’s some info about me:
Rank: top 15%
GPA: 3.9 unweighted and 4.33 weighted
SAT: 1680 (first try without studying- I know. :frowning: )
dance (it’s an on and off thing- financial troubles)
volunteer at hospital
Kumon substitute tutor
Editor-in-chief of high school newspaper
National Honor Society
Best Buddies

Also, if you guys can help, I had a question about the Bill Gates Millenium scholarship: Do I still qualify if I am considered “caucasian?” I’m from Egypt.

Oh and I didn’t take the SAT subject tests. How much do the factor in?

You should take a subject test, its not required but it will look good.
I think that you have a pretty good chance because of your GPA. (i hear that UCLA likes high GPAs over high SATs) That bring said, still take the SAT again, try to study and boost your score and chances!

But it all depends on the person you portray as a whole thorough (current grades, senior classes, test scores, extra curriculars, leadership positions, essays, etc.)
