I will be possibly taking Business Administration & Electrical Engineering (that’s one degree) this year when I go to Germany. After finishing my bachelor in that, can I transfer to Yale or Harvard to get a Masters degree in law and government?
You dont transfer you apply to their graduate programs seperatly.
As @thecoolboy1234 said, you apply directly. If you are talking about Harvard’s Joint Degree in Law and Government, you have to apply separately to Harvard Law and the Kennedy School and (if accepted) then apply to do the joint degree. No special undergrad majors or courses are required, but of course there is the usual testing / essays /etc.
