Aero/Astro Eng Schools for Good Student

My friend wants to major in aero/astro engineering. He has a 3.7 uw GPA and about a 1400 SAT (out of 1600) and will graduate high school with his AA degree from our local community college. Right now, he’s looking at Embry-Riddle (both, but esp. Daytona campus), UF, and UCF. He has hundreds of hours volunteering at the zoo and is on a successful Odyssey of the Mind team. Price may be a bit of an issue.

Do you have any suggestions as to where else he might apply, where there are good programs for aero/astro but where he would be competitive applying to?

Thanks for any and all help. :)

One bump, please.
