Affordable College in Tri-State Area With...

<p>Hello everyone,</p>

<p>I’m looking for a college (preferred NJ/NY/Pennsylvania area) that is affordable (<$30,000) and has strong programs in Political Science, Sociology, and possibly Criminal Justice.</p>

<p>I know Rutgers has decent programs in these…but what are some other ones?</p>
