Affordable CS Master with no LOR and low GPA?

It’s few years after my BS graduation with a low GPA and I have almost no way to get LOR. I have strong background in software development, been working as consultant for few years, published one major open-source project, done one research project during BSc but no publication.

I’m looking for CS masters in US which do not require high GPA and LOR so I can apply for. So far I have just found UCS’s professional master which requires neither GPA nor LOR, but it is expensive. Are there other similar programs which are either less expensive or funded? Or do you have any advice?

It doesn’t need to be a top school, just something that doesn’t kill my chance to find a job after graduation.

My TOEFL score is over 100, GRE quant over 165 and verbal around 150.

Edit: USC

Are you sure your employer can’t supply a LOR?

They were mainly customers than employers.

I meant clients.
