So for my African international relations class I have to write a 10-12 page paper about an issue in African international relations. I was hoping to write about the arab spring but I don’t think I have enough information in regards to international relations for that long of a paper.
Well I don’t have enough info either.
Why don’t you search online, E.g. Wikipedia article on the Arab Spring, for more info?
You can discuss the growth of Islamic Extremism in Africa and how this has created a huge issues in African international relations. You can site groups like Al-Shabab and Boko Haram and talk about their actions, extreme ideals and interpretation of Islamic, and how they are threat to African nations, and possibly the world. You can even go far enough to site outside groups and ideals (Al-Qaeda, ISIS) who have influenced them or have claimed association with these groups. There is so much you can discuss. Here is a source for a start: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-24587491
Goodluck!
It could be interesting to write about the ongoing international pressure for African countries to accept GMO crops and seeds, and what GMOs do to the local farmers, economy and environment.
