<p>I was recently accepted to Princeton University Early Decision. My goal is to gain some work experience and then attend Harvard Business School. What is it like for African Americans in the i-banking industry. I have visited many of the top i banking websites and they all seem to have a “diversity” section, to which they promote diversity and programs to entice minorities to enter the ibanking field.
