After completing Certificate of Achievement, no longer eligible for Pell Grant?

Hello everybody,

I’d like to know if after getting a certificate of achievement I will no longer be able to receive Pell Grants for other certificates in the future. I know that after getting a bachelor’s degree, I cannot receive any more Pell Grants. Does this also apply to college certificates of achievement?

What does a “certificate of achievement” signify?
