<p>you dont apply to loans through esther. you can accept your loan. And they will send you stuff long before you need to set up anything for college</p>
<p>There usually is a dry period before you get more info about your residential college affiliation, roommate forms, etc. Just relax and enjoy your last days of high school for now. ;)</p>
