Hello I applied to California state university Northridge for the fall 2017 as a transfer student. However, I realized that I will be paying more for the same amount of classes I can still take at community college. And, after carefully thinking about it, I decided not to transfer yet. But I already submitted my intent to register. Does this mean I am obligated to attend? If I don’t go, does this affect me next year for financial aid purposes?
call the college on Monday to tell them you will not be attending…and make sure you complete whatever is necessary for the withdrawal.
You can still withdraw, it is not legally binding.
You will probably lose your deposit though.
