<p>Well, at least she has agreed NOT to drive, so now she just waits for folks to transport her where she needs to get. They are also enlisting my brother & others to help her with her poorly wired phone system RATHER than paying the phone company to do it right. Oh well, it’s between my brother & all of them. If he is willing to be their repairman, I won’t stand in his way.</p>
<p>The son has said that he wants his mom to have full-time assisted living but she is resistant. He will likely be back in next month with his son, so he will have another chance to see how she’s doing and try to persuade her further. Neither he nor the daughter spends much time with her. It saddens us, but it’s their dynamic.</p>
