TENTATIVE schools (a lot of schools.needs to be cut down)-

Yale
Georgetown EA
Brown
Dartmouth
UChicago EA
WUSTL
UC Berkeley
UCLA
USC
Northwestern
Cornell
UF Honors (already given a full ride scholarship here if accepted)
Duke
Columbia
Stanford

You should REALLY put more safeties in there.

About the 3’s on AP: Send them, why not it won’t hurt and you’ve got some nice 4’s and 5’s to balance them out.

Yale - reach
Georgetown EA - low reach
Brown - reach
Dartmouth - reach
UChicago EA - low reach
WUSTL - reach
UC Berkeley - reach
UCLA - reach
USC - match
Northwestern - low reach
Cornell - reach
UF Honors (already given a full ride scholarship here if accepted) - safety
Duke - low reach
Columbia - reach
Stanford - reach

Yeah, you definitely need more match/safety schools.

well, the reason why I don’t is because I have been guaranteed admission to UF if I apply with a full ride. Right now, I’m applying to a lot of reach schools to see if I could get in and,if a miracle happens, I earn enough scholarships/financial aid, I can attend one of them.

it’s pretty sweet that your an A+F model… you don’t need more safeties, you’re bound to get into one of your reaches.

haha. It’s just abercrombie kids, n it’s not really “model.” That’s the name of the position of the people who are on the floor and help the ppl. Very superficial company though…

I’d like to read the essay.

Your stats are very high, and I would be surprised if you weren’t accepted into two or more of those.

Bumpppppppppppppp

no one else??

i guess no one else wants to chance me??

If you need aid, forget Berkeley and UCLA. They will sometimes give a small amount to top OOS students, but if you need anything significant they are not worth applying to.

With no hook, a 33, a good but not great rank and the AP scores, you have many big reaches. I think you need to consider whether you want to devote your time to supplements of schools you’re unlikely to get into or really focus on the ones where you have a shot and hit those applications out of the park.

With a 33 I’d focus on Georgetown, WUSTL, USC, Northwestern, Chicago and Cornell depending on the school.

I do have a hook, but not something I think I’d like to share over the internet. I did once and regretted it. Thank you so much for your honesty hmom :)
