<p>That’s what I thought after seeing the dress. Puffy princess tutu. Silly - yes. Sex symbol - hardly. It is possible the girl did not completely grow out of her princess stage 
The dress was definitely a silly choice and a wrong size, too, but should anyone who makes a silly dress choice be paddled for it?!</p>
