Hi! I’m a high school senior and Alabama and TCU are my top 2. I got some scholarship money for Alabama but none for TCU. I love both and can’t decide! Planning on majoring in business. I want a big sports school with school spirit and a good business program. I also plan on rushing. Any advice would be great please!! Thank you!!
I think Alabama has your big sports scene and your Greek life. And it sounds like it might be more affordable.

Are they both affordable? Are you already admitted into the business school at both?
Which do YOU prefer? There are notable differences between the two schools (ex. size, religious affiliation, etc.)

TCU charges higher tuition for business and a few other majors than the rest of the majors.Tuition will likely go up a few percent points each year, so you will pay more for your senior year than your freshman year. TCU is also planning to have a larger class coming up in the next years, I don’t know the exact plan, but could it cause growing pains? Not sure. It sure is beautiful and the students sure do love attending. Only you know if it is worth the price. I don’t know anything at all about Bama.

Both schools offer the things you want. Are both affordable? If one is affordable and the other is not, I would go with he one that is affordable. If both are affordable then I would also consider this…do you have any social connections at either school? Where are you from? Rush is extremely competitive at both schools and you are more likely to have a positive outcome if you already know girls in chapters you are interested in. Good luck!

Net cost=(tuition, fees, room, board)-(scholarships, grants)
Do you have relatives who were in sororities (you’ll need that for Alabama)
