<p>i think theoretically theyre supposed to be since most dorms are filled by freshman or sophomores who are not 21. or …they don’t want you be be illegal but they know it goes on. and they don’t check your room so some people have it in their fridge. i wouldnt worry about having too many alcohol incidents, people usually go out of the dorms, to the row or other la parties to get their fix.</p>
