<p>keltix is right. you’re allowed to drink if you’re over 21. read the res hall contract. it specially mentions that, even though sometimes you can get written up for being too loud</p>
<p>If the RA cant hear or smell what you are doing in your room, you are pretty much free to do it.</p>
