My husband and i are in. Edinburg scotland. Yesterday, we went to St Giles cathedral and noted that Alma choir was singing after the 12 oclock worship today. So we stopped in and attended. AMAZING singing in an amazing venue. What fun.

@esobay I’m on a trip and not checking cc lately. But I know someone who’s on that trip. My friends grandson and his girlfriend sing in the alma choir. I just ran into this kids dad and he was telling me how excited he was to travel to Scotland to see his son and gf sing. So cool when small worlds collide
It’s a small school (under 1500) in Michigan with a very loyal following…we’ve known a few kids that are Alma grads. I haven’t looked at their website in a long, long time, but I bet it has plaid on i!t There is an annual Highland Festival in the town. The sports teams are called the Alma Scots.
One of my dear friends is an Alma grad, as is her son (who went to K-5 with D). It is such a small world!

We got to hear the Michigan Glee Club at a church in Phoenix on Mother’s Day and had the same reaction. So much fun hearing all that talent – even if those amazing kids did make us feel a bit old.
