<p>At my college, there is apparent alot of land that isn’t being rented out to people. I find that rather strange, since almost every college student needs to rent a flat to live (residence is really difficult to live in). </p>
<p>This is quite clearly an entrepreneurial opportunity. Yet do you have any suggested way to take advantage of this? I am not sure there is so much unrented land since everyone needs it. Strange, strange indeed.</p>
