Frequently on these threads posters try to explain and excuse police actions. (recent example: The officer was trying to shoot the patient, not the health care worker.) In this case, “the police” have already said there aren’t excuses.

So, regarding excusing police actions, specifically"the officer was trying to shoot the patient, not the health care worker," WHO specifically was “excusing police actions” in that event?
