Alumni Interview Questions

<p>What questions did YOU ask your Cornell alumni interviewer?</p>

<p>I haven’t had mine yet but I usually ask my interviewer:
Why did you decide to attend [college name]?
What was your favorite experience at [college name]?</p>

<p>I asked my interviewer so many things like how she came across to choosing her major, how she contributed to Cornell and how the social life at Cornell was. But what I don’t understand is what is the point of the “interview”. It says on the Cornell website that: </p>

<p>Perhaps, they just want to see that your interested enough since they ask “take advantage of this opportunity”. -_- I don’t mean to sound pessimistic, it’s just that I didn’t understand why my interviewer was asking so much about why I picked Cornell when it’s not going to be counted.</p>

<p>^That’s because, on an offshore island, an army of slaves reads your interview evaluations and decides whether you will be accepted.</p>
