<p>I can’t compare it to Columbia, but there is an alumni network and an alumni career network of some kind. I’ve never used it, but I heard that there are tons of people who chose to be listed to give career advice and guidance. You can’t see the network unless you have a username and password, but the alumni website as a whole is: <a href=“http://www.alumni.uchicago.edu/[/url]”>http://www.alumni.uchicago.edu/</a>.</p>

<p>Over the years, I have found the U of C Alumni Network to be quite valuable (funded two start-up companies through alumni contacts).</p>
