alumni relation

does alumni relation play a significant role in the admissions decision - especially if you have good stats:

4.0 GPA

AP’s:
AP Calc (A +)
AP English 11 (A)
AP US History (A+)
AP Chem (A+)
AP Physics (hopefully an A, just switched into class from first semester…)
AP English 12 (A)

Almost every honors course offered…

Tons of unique EC’s and community service activities

but i have low standardized test scores

ACT
31 math
29 english
22 reading
24 science

SAT (1810)
620 math
630 writing
570 reading

(I know there bad, but I;m so bad at taking that freaking test… i literally did 6 practice books and still did awful… but )

chances?

They say themselves here that it makes a much larger difference for ED than RD. Last year’s RD admit rate was 15%, ED 31%. I vaguely remember the legacy admit rate being over 40% a few years ago. So I don’t think this is good news if you are applying RD as a legacy.
