<p>Does UCLA consider alumni status when viewing transfer applicants? I’m attempting to transfer into engineering at UT Austin but should I not get in this year or next then I am strongly considering UCLA and was wondering if my father having graduated from their (also as an engineer) would have any positive affect for me?
