Am I able to apply for US university!

<p>Hi, I’ve a question from all.
I am pass out student 2009(12th grade with Science).
I never enroll for college aftr completed my 12th grade.
Now I want to enroll for US university.
Does the gap of year effect my admission?
In class 10th I got 75+% and in 12th its just 62%.
Pls help me so I can enroll for colleges.
