Am I competitive for UPenn, Johns Hopkins, and Cornell?

Transfer application, though input from everyone is appreciated
Applying to Johns Hopkins, UNC, UVA, American, Reed, Cornell, UPenn, W&M.
NOTE: only the last three see my mid-term report; JHU, UNC, UVA, American, and Reed will NOT consider it.
Midterm report: 3.66 GPA, orgo 1, upper level biology, physics 2, and biopsychology

Lower-ranked (150-170) state school.
GPA: 4.0, Dean’s List, Presidential Scholarship, Emerging Leaders Scholar (one of 50 selected out of class of 3600)
AP/IB credits: 87; on-campus: 17
Biomedical sciences major, CHANGING to political science
HS GPA: 3.63 (IB diploma recpient, 31 points, average AP score 4.86 out of 5)
2160 SAT

Extracurriculars since college (first semester and first two months of year):
-Boko Haram governance research intern for CENTCOM, State Dept, etc, only 1st year accepted
-Biophysics research assistant
-Disease awareness group president/founder (~$1000 raised; speaker; planted 1231 flags for awareness)
-Publication in Baltimore Sun, Georgetown Public Policy Review, etc.
-Cancer Center volunteer
-Former newspaper correspondent

High school:
-300+ volunteer hours
-1st place nationally greek life and literature latin club
-World Affairs Council school club president
-Young Democrats founder/president (established political column, voter registration drive, etc.)
-IB Mag politics contributor, poetry editor

Yeah i think you have a shot at many of those colleges listed. Cornell and Johns hopkins are always reaches I would say, but you have a shot. UVA, UnC and William and Mary are probably matches. UPenn i think is also a high reach.
