Looks good. Are you aiming for a business major?

You have good ECs, you should improve SAT scores, but I think you're on the right track

The only weaknesses are the ACT/SAT tests. Send in those scores with the January 1st application. However, use the available time before the January test date to study. Bringing your score up to a 31-32 could really help you. You seem to be a better tester for the ACT, so stick to that. If you can, get Barron's Math and Science Book, it did me wonders during testing.
