I feel like kids get on here and lie about how many AP classes they take and how many 5’s they get.

What benefit would lying provide them besides the satisfaction of astonishing online users?

Wait, that is their benefit.

cc is home to the kids who never leave their home and get locked inside their homes if they get an A-. you wont find many “dumb” kids here. some of the scores posted here are legit, ex some are actually state ap scholars with 20+ APs.

these kids study ALL day, they are for the most part not lying.

But really, some kids just get on here and post about all the success they have. It makes me feel like a failure.

That should spur you to action then.

If you’re not interested in getting a billion fives, it shouldn’t bother you. If you are interested, well, it should just motivate you. I haven’t gotten all those awards, but that’s what I’m striving for and I’m not at all discouraged. Don’t worry, you’re capable of anything anyone else is :)

I wouldn’t be surprised if some are not telling the truth.

If you have a 3.0 or better I say you are not dumb at all!

You’re not dumb. CCers are just extremely smart.

And a minuscule portion of the national high school population. When they get together, though, they’re about as scary to the ‘normal’ student as the Wisconsin rioters are to the GOP.
