Am I even ready for college?

SAT: 1580

Reading: 620

Math:520

Writing:440
I have taken no AP classes yet, I have 80 communist service hours (LOL), I am not in any extracurricular club or anything, and I am entering my senior year in high school. Am I ready for any sort of college or should I just go and sign up for trade school. Can I improve my chances in my senior year or am I screwed?

I have only taken Honors classes From the later half of sophomore year forward

The highest math I have taken Is Calculus Honors (can’t get any higher)

The highest reading I have taken is English 3 Honors

Highest Science: Biology Honors

Highest Social Studies: US history

I have a 3.7 GPA and I am cosidering (perhaps foolishly) engineering I want to go to GT or UF but I don’t think I have a solid Chance What do you think Oh mighty and wise internet?

Your gpa is good relative to your SAT score so you have to determine if your High school courses aren’t good enough for college readiness or if you don’t test well. There are test optional schools if testing is the issue. You can also try the ACT to see if it suits you better.

If your college preparedness is the issue you can try taking a few remedial courses at your community college to build a better foundation. You can also maximise your senior year by using free online resources like KhanAcademy to fill in gaps in your math foundation.

There is nothing in your stats or academic background to indicate you aren’t ready. Apply to a range of schools (include academic and financial safety schools), and see what happens. You can give engineering a try. Many large universities will “weed out” some prospective engineers the first year, and if you’re one of them, you can change to math or IT or whatever.
