<p>3 APs really isnt a hard courseload, you need a better excuse than that for a 2.9</p>

It’s subjective and there are many factors that may determine how hard a class is. Like my calculus class, my teacher does such a poor job explaining things that I have no idea what I’m doing and consequently, I do poorly on the test because I have no grasp of the material. In any case…</p>

<p>my friend got rejected from virginia tech with a 1380 sat and 2.1 gpa, so with a 2.9 and slightly similar sat, slightly lower tho, but with the addition of your multitude of your extracurriculars, I’d say that you have a optimal chance. So yes, a match. JMU and GMU should be matches for you because of the gpa, but not by much… i would say that you would get into all three of those schools.</p>

<p>dont count uva out, if you are an urm, then you would have an excellent shot, but I dont know that.</p>

<p>I also know that WIlliam and Mary for you might be a big reach because we had two students in our school apply and only one got in. The one that got in was number 3 in our school and had a perfect gpa and dominant sat, the one that didnt had a slightly better academic record. Just infomation that may help you. Good luck with your college application process.</p>

<p>i dont know about those, but u’ll probaly get into maryland too. I forgot to mention that… it’s probaly a 70% in for u. I have no experience or idea with the other colleges/universities.</p>
