I remember that there is one question that asked you “If you have ever had to leave any educational institution for academic or disciplinary reasons, explain the circumstances and your current status.”

I violated my school Academic Honesty Policy because I paraphrased sentences from an un-cited source on my math homework. So, I got zero on my homework with a warning that another violation can be lead to probation, suspension, removal, dismissal, or expulsion. End of the semester, I still got an A in that class. However, since I didn’t leave any educational institution because of academic or disciplinary reasons, is it fine? Or am i likely to get my admission revoked?
