Am I odd compared to my peer appliers?

I took the Nov 2012 Sat and got 1730. It was my second time taking it (first time I got 1550). My grades in my high school transcript aren’t in GPA, but in percentage. The reason is that I am studying abroad a British system called IGCSE (don’t understand it wrongly; I am a US citizen) What makes me worried further is that my high school transcript isn’t complete; it shows only my marks of four terms. Anyhow, my total mean grade is a B 85.6% and my class rank is 1 for the four terms. My father is going to apply for me to the U of M (in MN) before its deadline Dec 15.

I have asked my school to prepare for me a letter showing that I have finished the required syllabus for the IGCSE subjects, so it doesn’t seem like I have deficiencies in my transcript.
I have also attached a letter showing that I will have my final IGCSE certificate by Apr 2013.

What are my chances? Am I missing something?

Thank you very much for reading and I would appreciate a lot any useful response

Since it’s very doubtful that any random high school senior/junior will have an accurate answer to your question, I suggest e-mailing the UMN. I do this whenever I have specific questions to colleges, and the admissions people are always pretty helpful and quick to reply. Here’s a link to their e-mail page:
