Hi all, I received a w-2 for a job I worked. Made a few hundreds, but since it was a seasonal job I wasn’t taxed. I’m don’t work regularly so must I report this job for financial aid? And if I don’t will they find out. I made below minimum wage, and this was for a few months, so it’s not a reflection of what I’ve made over the past few years at all. Which I haven’t filed taxes for either.
Yes, you must report the earnings from this job for financial aid. Why wouldn’t you? And if you’re being asked to submit W-2 forms, that means any W-2 forms.
