<p>What is the desirable SAT I Math Score for a successful CS major? I thought I’d done pretty well (well OK, not that hot–700), but after reading of the requirements as described by several internet sources, I’m doubting myself (again–this dreaded college decision thing). With only a 700 SAT (i know this is dumb luck–c’mon, i tutored someone who got higher than me), could I become a great computer science major?</p>

<p>The score isn’t relevant, except for getting acceptances to schools and departments. 700 is a great score. How did you do in your math classes, esp calculus and do you enjoy it? That’s a good indicator.</p>
