Am I Supposed to submit a Transcript? How?

<p>I submitted my application for the Dec. 1 deadline.
Am I supposed to submit my high school transcript as well?
I thought that the School Report in the Common App was the equivalent of the transcript. That was submitted by my school.</p>

<p>If I am supposed to submit a transcript, how do I do that? Isn’t that done by the school or do I have to.</p>
