Minimum Due + Full Reg Fee: $4,777.00
Account Balance: $15,540.00 </p>
<p>i have decided to pay the minimum of $4,777.00 </p>
<p>i will create a ebill/echeck account and input my bank information</p>
<p>Now my question is: how do my parents transfer money into my ebill/echeck account to pay the minimum of $4,777.00 </p>
<p>do my parents need to create a ebill account to transfer money to my ebill account to pay the fee? or can my parents directly pay the fee after creating an ebill account? or do my parents need to transfer money to my account using BOA online transfer system, and then i pay the fee?</p>
<p>oh btw, i have a $3,000 CAL Bear scholarship according to my financial aid award summary. how do i confim that the scholarship has been credited to the CARS quick statement?</p>

<p>I have no idea, but I found some a quote and a link that might be helpful from the CARS e-Bill page:</p>
<p>“How to Authorize Other Payers?
After you complete the initial profile set-up in e-Bill, Net.Pay will assign a PIN to your profile. If you forget or lose the PIN, simply look on the e-Bill User Info screen. Provide this PIN, along with your name and Student ID number to the Other Payer. The Other Payer may then access Net.Pay from a link on the BearFacts Resources site. The Other Payer will be prompted to create their own Net.Pay logon ID and password. The Other Payer may associate one or more Berkeley students with his/her Net.Pay logon ID.”</p>

<p>As for the financial aid, they should have already awarded the scholarship. The only way I know of seeing if this happened is by doing some math (take the total cost of the education for the year, subtract all the awards).</p>
